Our range of low energy agitators are all driven by Dynatork non lubricated piston air motors.Piston air motors have a low speed start up and can have air consumption saving of 80% compared with vane motors therefore giving massive savings on the cost of producing compressed air.
The direct drive agitator is available with 3 different size motors to suit most flluids.A 2.1 geared option is also available for more arduous applications.
The agitators can be supplied with a Pneumolift.This unit eliminates the manual handling when changing drums.At the press of a button the agitator is lifted out of the drum.The motor is interlocked to stop when not in a drum,therfore eliminating splash over.A motor run timer can be incorperated to control mix time which again will save compressed air consumption.
